ASSISTANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

BIRMINGHAM, COLESHILL

£37k – £40k + BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is partnered with a fantastic Travel and Tourism business based in Birmingham. They're looking to hire an Assistant Financial Controller, to join the team and support the Financial Controller. This role would be a fantastic role for a candidate that is looking to continue their career within Accounts working within a fantastic business.

ASSISTANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Manage a team of 6 within the Accounts Team
Responsible for Accounts Receivable
Responsible for Accounts Payable
Responsible for the Development and Planning of the Accounts Team
Responsible for Accounts escalations
Support the Financial Controller with Month End reporting
Support the Financial Controller with Management Accounts

KEY EXPERIENCE:

1/2 years' experience of Management within an Accounts Setting
AAT Qualified or qualified through experience
IT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel and Sage 50 desirable
Determined and results focused
