Are you an Assistant Credit Controller with experience in the Property Management Industry?

If you have a flair for numbers and a greater attention to detail working towards ensuring that the processes in your department run as efficiently as possible, then we want to hear from you…

You will be responsible for the rent and service charge collection of all occupants within the property management system (Tramps) or client systems (Yardi/MRI), therefore, it is essential that you have used these or similar property management systems previously.

Your challenge will focus on achieving 95% rental income & service charge collection within 7 days of the due date specified within the lease. You will liaise with various stakeholders on a variety of tenant queries relating to payment plans. 

Location: West London, with the flexibility of working some days from home!

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 (DOE)

You may have had experience of credit control, sales ledgers, finance, accounts etc. previously, and a great working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. If you have a good understanding of basic accounting or you are studying CAT/AAT then, APPLY TODAY
