Job Description
Robert Walters are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Receivable position based in Hemel Hempstead with an excellent very well established, reputable business. ESSENTIAL criteria are knowledge and work experience in AR, meaning only people who have been working in Accounts Receivables for a minimum of 2 years – possibly one year.
Circa £25,000 – 27,000 salary plus upto 8% discretionary annual performance based bonus

Candidate Profile:
A self-motivated individual who has good attention to detail and is expected to manage own workloads in order to meet necessary deadlines.
This will be a customer facing role. Good communication and diplomacy skills are essential.
High level analytical skills including intermediate level Excel, specifically the ability to import and manipulate data from external sources.
PC literate with Microsoft Office & Windows skills – essential
Knowledge of freight, logistics, and INCOTERMS beneficial but not a prerequisite
SAP Knowledge a bonusThe Role:
Credit Control
AR Invoicing
Ensure all operational processes carried out that result in ledger transactions are robustly controlled and applied in a timely manner, and are adjusted according to the needs of the business
Ensure Company Cashflow is not jeapordised by timely resolution of all Customer account issues
Prepare regular un-invoiced revenue reports and drive for resolution to ensure customers invoices are raised in a timely manner.
Produce and process sales invoices, including all documentation required by each customer
Handle and resolve customer queries through the escalation process
Ensure Customers are invoiced in an accurate and timely manner
Provision of quality operational data & KPIs
Knowledge of Company Tax and VAT calculations and reportings an advantage
