Accounts Payable Coordinator Job in Slough, Berkshire, United Kingdom

Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Co-ordinator to join our team, based at our office in Slough. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a salary of £27,500 per annum + bonus.

As our Accounts Payable Co-ordinator your main purpose is to ensure all stock invoices are reviewed and processed within the payment terms of the supplier. In addition to this you will carry out any other activities as are necessary for the smooth running of the finance department. You will achieve this through demonstrating the Furniture Village qualities and being a champion of our Company values. 

Key Responsibilities of our Accounts Payable Co-ordinator include:

Completing all accounts payable administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner to support the achievement of company financial goals targets and effectively control costs.

Maintaining excellent supplier relationships and external customer liaison as well as relationships internally across the business.

Demonstrating good team work through good communication, a collaborative and helpful approach and a focus on achieving shared goals.

Carrying out all tasks and complying with all instructions to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Skills/Requirements for the Accounts Payable Co-ordinator:

Passionate about providing excellent service for all our customers internally and externally

Displays full ownership of their individual targets and has total understanding of the impact these have on store and company profit margins

Demonstrates good team work through a collaborative and helpful approach.
