Accounts Payable Assistant – Temporary – Immediate Start!
Our client based in Harlow are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis between 4-6 weeks. The successful individual will be posting business transactions, processing invoices, and maintain records of outstanding payables. If you have experience within an Accounts or Finance background and are available to start immediately, then we would love to hear from you!
Duties:
· Post business transactions
· Process invoices
· Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
· Provide other accounts support necessary for the department
· Maintain records of outstanding payables
Skills:
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to learn quickly and a positive attitude
· Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Office based position with free parking available
£25k-£30k Per Annum (DOE)
