Job Description
Our client is a rapidly expanding fintech business and they are now looking to recruit a number one finance person as Finance & Accounts Manager / Management Accountant. This is a hybrid role where you can work 2 days from home and 3 from the city centre head office.
This is a highly varied role and typical duties will include:
* Acting as the Finance Manager for all day to day accounting matters
* Managing monthly accounts up to Trial Balance
* Management Reports
* Bank reconciliation and posting prepayments and accruals
* Ensure regular liaison with multiple clients
* Completing VAT returns
* Payroll
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Some Office Manager Duties
You will have the following experience;
* All round accounting skills in line with the role described
* Demontsrable hands-on experience from a small to medium sized business
* Must be a confident communicator
* Proficient in using Xero
