Job Description
Role: Accounts Assistant – Sales Ledger
Location: Altrincham (hybrid)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £21-23k Depending on Experience
We are currently partnering a growing multi brand business based in Altrincham.
We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team. You will be focussing on Sales Ledger.
You will be involved with:
Daily posting and allocation of all incoming cash and Bacs payments to ledger.
Monthly reconciliation of payments received back to month end reports
Checking and processing of cash received from their retail branches and banking when required.
Sending out monthly statements
Raising invoices, credit notes as required and sending to customers
Previous knowledge of Sage Line 50, Xero or Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous, but full training will be given
