Job Description
Connect Appointments Technical have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst in the Holytown area of North Lanarkshire!
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 4:30. Friday 8:30 – 3:30pm
As Finance Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
* Writing and producing reports; analysing performances, metrics, and KPIs; analysing the financial situation; all for internal reporting and management
* Working closely with Accounting Shared Service Centre regarding day-to-day transactions
* Assisting in the integrity checks of ERP data and financial accounting transactions
* Participating in the preparation of management accounts for meetings or site reviews
* Analysing the performance of UK activities, in line with budgets and forecasts
The ideal Finance Analyst will have:
* Experience within a manufacturing finance environment
* Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency using MS applications (especially Excel)
* Excellent communication skills
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills
JDR or similar ERP system/knowledge experience is also desirable, as well as BI experience. Please be aware that this role will involve travel within the UK and Europe.
