Job Description
Our client a leading international manufacturing business, based in Oakham, Rutland are looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their small friendly team.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will support in various finance administration tasks and projects.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant who is able to join the business and hit the ground running, having excellent interpersonal skills, has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to work under minimal supervision.

The Role:
• Bank and Cashbook Reconciliations account cashbook
• Sales Ledger
• Purchase Ledger
• Ledger Reporting
• Credit Control
• Filing / Finance Admin
• Query Resolution
• Supplier Statement Reconciliations 
• General Finance support to Finance Manager and wider business
• Adhoc Project work
• Support with monthly payroll processing

The Person
• AAT qualification/formal book-keeping experience (desirable)
• have experience of working with SAP system (desirable)
• SAGE payroll knowledge. (desirable)

This role is a full-time role 40 hours per week (Apply online only)hrs (some flexibility possible)
