A fantastic exciting business based in Trafford, are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join them on an interim basis.

Description

Matching, checking, processing and coding invoices into our accounting systems – Sage 50 and AX
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
Preparation of BACS payments and posting of payments onto the accounting system.
Reconciliation of Fuel receipts and other employee expenses.
Chase up and record employees private milage claims ensuring that up to date HMRC records are used. Timely notifications to affected employees of any rate changes
Monitoring of company utility spending and liaising with utility companies to resolve problems
Liaising with various departments in the organisation to ensure resolution of supplier queries
Being first point of contact for all relevant supplier enquiries
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
Solving invoice queries
Assisting with audit requirement
Assisting with other general accounting duties including reporting
Filing and archiving of all documentationProfile

Immediately available
Knowledge of working in an office environment previously
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Computer literate including excelJob Offer
