Job Description
Working for this family-focused established business based in the countryside you’ll be taking on a varied role in a small finance team getting involved in purchase ledger, sales ledger and a bit of management accounts so every day will be different.
As an instrumental part of the finance team the ideal person to fit would have a great work ethic, enthusiastic attitude and a few years’ experience working in transactional finance to hit the ground running ideally in a high volume processing environment but someone with excellent communication skills who’s enjoys working in a team would be a great addition to the wider team.
You’ll work from the picturesque head office in the countryside in the Staffordshire area so if you fancy a country walk or picnic on your lunch break you won’t have to go far, working 9-5 from the office everyday you’ll benefit from 20 days holiday plus bank holidays as well as a competitive pension scheme.
A bit about you
* 2-3 years’ experience in finance
* Confident with all transactional finance tasks
* Great attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills

* Managing the purchase ledger
* Processing invoices and recs
* Managing the sales ledger
* Ad hoc credit control duties
* Supporting with management accounts
