Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Digital agency which designs and delivers cutting edge ‘end to end’ digital communication solutions. This is an exciting time for the business as they continue to broaden their capabilities and grow the team to meet the demands of their clients, but also look to launch a new sister agency that will specialise in creative content.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will provide support to the company’s key clients on a broad range of digital projects. The clients’ solutions include indoor screens that are passive or interactive, outdoor LED screens, video walls, totems and audio solutions. Their key target markets include retail, automotive and corporate communications which span financial services, transportation, utilities and many more sectors. Clients include a range of large corporate international clients, through to SME’s.

The role

Working alongside a talented team, you will act as lead point of contact, building and managing positive client relationship to understanding the needs and future requirements of the customers.

* Managing several key clients, acting as lead of point contact

* Adopt a solutions-focused approach to client account management

* Working on projects, taking creative briefs and information to be passed to our technical and creative teams.

* Understand quality standards set by the company and agreed with each customer.

* Ensure the Company's growth targets for the customer portfolio are achieved on an annual · basis

* Push for improvements, applying commercial thinking in making choices on existing and
emerging customer requirements

* Highlight opportunities and threats to appropriate managers.

* delivering excellent customer service levels with the ability to meet our clients' needs.

* Presenting solutions to current and prospective customers

Requirements:

* Previous Account Management experience

* A design background from a marketing or a print background would be an advantage

* Can demonstrate the ability to carry out tasks within set timeframes and meet deadlines

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* A relationship builder with long term vision

* Attention to detail

* Professional outlook and approachable manner

* Commitment to take pride in all aspects of the role
