ROLE: ACCOUNT HANDLER

LOCATION: MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE WITH HYBRID WORKING, 3 DAYS OFFICE AND 2 HOME

SALARY: £25,000 – £30,000 PLUS BENEFITS

Are you an Account Handler with commercial insurance experience, seeking a new role in Manchester with excellent progression and the opportunity to undertake your Cert CII?

THE OPPORTUNITY:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Account Handler to work for an established, independent insurance brokerage in Manchester City Centre as part of their growing SME team.

With business rising rapidly, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to secure a role with a leading business where career and progression opportunities are excellent. Our client is committed to the development of its staff and will support with your CII qualifications.

This role can be operated under a hybrid-working model, with a combination of working from home and their Manchester City Centre office. However, full-time office based is also available if preferred.

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for delivering a high quality service to clients in dealing with their renewal and new business insurance arrangements. You will guide, organise and secure effective cover to best meet client insurance needs. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Communicating with clients and insurers daily, ensuring an excellent relationship is maintained.

* Handling client renewals and processing mid-term adjustments.

* Broking SME business, dealing with cross-class commercial products.

YOU:

* This role will suit an individual with commercial insurance experience, seeking the opportunity to further your career in the insurance broking arena.

* An intuitive individual, with a keen desire to continue improving your insurance knowledge and be willing to work towards your Cert CII.

* Excellent communication skills are a must, both in a verbal and written manner.

* Self-driven and motivated to achieving results and providing the best possible service to clients.
