Job Description
The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our VolkerStevin team working on Civil engineering schemes on the Hornsea 3 project.

The Site Manager is an integral member of the Site Operation Team, they play a key role in ensuring that best use of all resources is available to provide maximum return to the Company.

The Site Manager is expected to act in a responsible and professional manner at all times maintaining good working relations with site management, Client, our chain of sub-contractors, suppliers and designers and with the general public.

Key accountabilities

Assist in the looking at methodology and buildability of the project.
Assist in producing submission document
Attend the tender to commercial handover meeting as directed
Control and management of all subcontractors on the site
Ensure that appropriate quality records are being produced and monitored to verify that the works are being completed in accordance with the specified requirements
Produce short term target programmes as directed
Manage the completion of defects
Attend interview for potential projectsSkills & experience

NVQ 4 or equivalent
CSCS – Supervisor
Site Management Safety Training Scheme – CITB or equal equivalentOther
