This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly analytical and process-oriented Revenue and Cost Accountant to support the business in the day-to-day management and control of revenue, margins and projects.

Duties:

* Overseeing the monthly billing process for the Group using NetSuite ERP for subscriptions, T&M, fixed price and annual contracts

* Reconciling the deferred and accrued revenue accounts

* Ensuring all billing and revenue is captured

* Overseeing projects with consulting leads to ensure correct billing, revenue and costs are assigned to each project and accurately reflected in the system

* Monthly revenue and margin reporting

* Variance analysis to budgets

* Maintenance of reforecasts

* Month end close procedures

* Maintenance and improvement of the NetSuite setup for Revenue and Cost allocations

* Assisting with the implementation of Suite Projects across the business

* Implementing Project based accounting into the R&D areas

* Supporting with the annual audit process

Candidate Requirements:

* ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified

* Experience in Project Accounting

* Analytical nature and attention to detail

* Strong data manipulation and system skills including proficient use of Excel

* Process oriented and a proven track record of implementing fit for purpose business operations processes

* Aptitude in decision making and problem solving

* Ambitious, high impact all-rounder with an entrepreneurial ‘get things done’ attitude

* Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

* Experience of using NetSuite desirable

* Exposure to Business Intelligence systems (Tableau) desirable
