Relationship Support Officer

Our Financial Services client is currently seeking for their Central London branch a well rounded Relationship Support Officer to support the Relationship Manager and Branch Manager on a permanent basis with a salary of £30,000 – £35,000 on offer. What does the role entail?

As the Relationship Support Officer you will support the Relationship Manager and the Branch Manager with effective portfolio management. As part of your role you will be maintaining the validity of all accounts, as well as monitoring receipt of payments, credit movement, business volumes and controlling both pending and overdue documents and or payments too. This will be a varied and interesting branch based relationship role so please expect a host of other relevant duties to form the basis of this role.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for this Relationship Support Officer role will be highly capable of carrying out the duties listed above and will ideally come from an International Banking background with a good understanding of corporate, commercial and SME banking, whilst being happy with credit proposal processing, relationship facilitation and overall great customer service. It would be an added bonus if you could start straight away, however the client is happy to wait for the right person on a notice period too. To be considered for this role you will be able to speak perfect English as well as one of the following languages: Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi or Gujarati.
