Purchase Ledger Assistant
Permanent
30 Hours Per Week
Northampton
£22,000 (Pro Rata)

SF Recruitment are working with an excellent business in Northampton who are seeking an assistant accountant to join their business on a Permanent Basis. My client is ideally looking for a candidate who can work Monday – Friday, 9am – 3pm. Fantastic company benefits, culture and environment. Would this suit you?

Main Duties
As the Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling all incoming invoices. To be successful in the role
– Track and chase all supplier credits due working with the Accounts Team to ensure all credits are offset against payments.
– Check, scan and match to PO and Post invoices to Xero assigning to relevant approver.
– Reconciliation of supplier statements

Experience
– Minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role
– Competent with MS Office
