Job Description
Internal Controls Lead – £60,000 – £65,000 plus bonus and benefits

IN2 Consult are working with a great client based in West London who are looking to add to their team with bringing in an Internal Controls Lead Accountant, with the role being a mix of in office and remote working.

This role will give you the autonomy to take full responsibility in leading key internal control activities, both over financial reporting and related finance processes across the Group. The role will drive improvement to the effectiveness and efficiency whilst working with management to develop and conduct SOX compliance training.

The main responsibilities include:

Ensuring that the design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting are in compliance with the requirements of PCAOB standards and SOX compliance. 
Maintaining existing and developing new processes that comply with SOX.
Liaise with finance teams globally when necessary to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
Build key relationships with Senior Management and Stakeholders whilst liaising to showcase new system processes with evidence based compliance.
Take a lead and advisory role in the Quarterly Management Certification process.
Provide internal control expertise to add value to other assignments or special projects as requested by management.
