Job Description
Procurement Manager
37.5 hours per week
Bristol, Emersons Green or Hybrid working
 
We are recruiting for a Procurement Manager on behalf of a fantastic client. You will be joining a large charity that has been running for over 60 years supporting over 2,500 people.
 
Due to the responsibilities of the role, you must have extensive experience in devising appropriate sourcing strategy, tending and contract and supplier management.
 
Taking the lead on all purchasing activity, your expertise will play a key role in ensuring a clear and accurate audit process is in place and devising the appropriate sourcing strategies.

The successful candidate can either work at the Head Office in Bristol, or remotely, with the agreement of attending the office as needed.

The main aspects of this role will be:

Ensuring all necessary authorities have been obtained and validated
Ensuring all purchase activity is conducted in line with compliance and adheres to the relevant legislation
Compiling the invitation to tender and manage the tendering process
Finalising contracts
Ensure all documents are fit for audit A CHIPS qualification would be desirable.
