Job Description
Time Appointments are working closely with a prestigious independent pension’s consultancy located in Colchester, who are looking to bring onboard a talented Pensions Administrator to join their friendly client focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understanding customer requirements
* Resolving customer enquiries.
* Maintenance of records for department.
* Point of contact for complex enquiries.
* Assisting the team leader by deputising.
* Ensuring the work of less experienced colleagues is accurate.
* Provision of administration service including calculation of member benefits
Skills:
* 12 months pensions experience (Desirable)
* Experience and knowledge in pensions
* Ability to work well within a team
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal
* Motivated and Driven
* Willing to study towards relevant qualifications – QPA or PMI
* The ability to carrying out complex pension’s calculations
* Experience processing and collecting and inputting data and information as delegated
* Computer literate – Full Microsoft Office including word and excel
