Job Description
Pension Administrator – 3 Month Temp

Location: Preston

Pay: £10.65 ph

Hours: Monday – Friday (Hybrid Working)

Main Activities

To process a range of general case work
Support team members with administration tasks within the respective team area to complete member/employer requests.
Ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and accurate manner achieving required accuracy levels
To support the service provision as appropriate undertaking other duties commensurate with the post

Accountabilities

To process and check a range of general case work.
To respond to member correspondence relating to the work undertaken within the team, again ensuring that service level targets and deadlines are met in these areas
To develop an understanding of current pensions regulations and overriding legislation
Liaise with customers and third parties obtaining information in respect of the work undertaken on the team
Maintain information security, dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.

Person Specification:

Ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as within a team.
maintaining good working relationships within the team and the wider business
Ability to undertake detailed mathematical calculations accurately
Ability to work accurately and to deadlines
Ability to use Excel and Word to a good standard
