Job Description
We are currently partnering with a market leading Tech services company in their search for a Finance Manager. Based in Bedford, the role is great for a well-rounded and self-motivated individual who looks forward to working in a vibrant work culture.

This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you will do

Ensure all weekly, monthly and year-end internal reports meet the deadlines
Maintain management accounts, and controlling them to improve quality
Managing a team of 3
Contribute to implementation of best practice and any process or system improvements
Providing support and guidance to non-finance teams and ad-hoc finance business partnering with key stakeholders and operations
Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, ongoing balance sheet control and supporting annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Key Skills and Experience

Qualified Accountant (ACCA,ACA,CIMA or equivalent)
Confident working with and advising senior management
Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
Advanced level of Excel
