Job Description
Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk – East Yorkshire – £20,000-£23,000 FTE+ Benefits

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an industry leading company on the outskirts of Hull who are looking for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly team working 30 hours a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and growing business and to take ownership of the UK Purchase Ledger function.

Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of invoices to the system
Deal with and resolve supplier queries 
Set up new suppliers on system
Processing payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations including multiple currencies  
Liaise across departments to ensure a smooth running of the ledger
Produce weekly reports for the Finance Director
Ad hoc administrative work as requiredRequired Skills & Experience:

Solid experience in an Accounts position ideally within Purchase Ledger
Strong knowledge of Accounting software and good IT skills including Excel
Excellent communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills are essential
