Job Description
The Company:

A Junior Book Keeper with 2 years experience is needed to join a highly successful Fashion supplier to high street retailers. The role will be working alongside other members of the team and help and training with company procedures will be given.

The Role:

* Supporting the Financial Director.

* Cash flow management

* Sales and purchase ledgers

* Preparation of monthly management accounts for all businesses

* Preparation work for the year end accounts

* Data Analysis as and when required

* Assistance in preparation and submission of the quarterly VAT returns

* Admin job, invoices, POs, Bank rec, filing, filling applications etc.

Skills Required:

* MUST have 18 month to 2 years experience in a similar role.

* Have a good understanding of SAP

* Proficient in MS Office Excel using pivot tables.

* Self-motivated, flexible attitude highly organised.

* Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Must have full clean license and access to own vehicle
