IN2 Consult – Accounts Payable Clerk – Abingdon – Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days working remotely) – £26,000 to £29,000 per annum – Study support – End to end Accounts Payable, processing high volumes of data, daily use of Excel.

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a market leading organisation that offers training and education opportunities to help transform and change peoples lives. This business is currently looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk to join them on a permanent basis. This role will offer a salary of between £26,000 to £29,000 base salary and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely. This role will be reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager 

Key experience required for this Accounts Payable Clerk role is as follows:

Minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience – REQUIRED
Experience processing high volumes of data/ invoices – REQUIRED
Good experience using Excel – REQUIRED
Experience in SAP or Oracle – HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS
Multisite experience – DESIRABLE

Key duties involved in this Accounts Payable Clerk role are as follows:

Deliver an excellent service experience to our agents by ensuring all queries are resolved in timely manner.
Daily monitoring of the commission shared inbox, assisting the commissions officer in the resolution of more difficult queries
Serve as case owner investigating escalated issues/service requests and communicate updates
Run commissions reports for each intake and driving the commission run, liaising with internal and university partnership colleagues to provide a smooth and efficient commission run ensuring agents receive agreed commission in accordance with their contracts and payment schedule.
Ensure accuracy of VAT treatment through auditing of AP transactions and month-end reconciliations
Liaise and assist with internal and external Auditors
Provide training and support to more junior members of the team
