Job Description
A boutique Financial Services firm is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. This role offers significant exposure to the COO and the Partners and is a key and instrumental part of the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that regulations are complied with e.g. employment law, health and safety, and liaison with external bodies as required, including FCA liaison
Continually improving record keeping and reporting systems, regarding payroll and HR
Management of suppliers including contracts
Manage company IT including monitoring suitability of existing systems and recommend improvements as appropriate
Ensuring Company HR processes are followed e.g. onboarding staff, performance reviews, maintaining HR databases
Overall responsibility for premises management with support from EA/Office Manager
Project manage Company changes as identified
Event management (~2 events a year)
Any other duties as requiredRequirements:

Experience working within a small, fast-paced financial services firm
Experience working within an operational role
Effective communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
