Operations Finance Business Partner
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Benefits: Hybrid working pattern + bonus + car allowance + private healthcare + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Location: Hull plus remote working
I am recruiting for a leading global manufacturer with a reputation for international
innovation and excellence. The Finance Business Partner is a senior finance appointment for a qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA accountant with demonstrable experience of working in manufacturing, projects and problem solving. Candidates should be familiar with working in a big company environment and possess excellent communication skills.
THE ROLE:
This is a key appointment for the company and will support the manufacturing and operations divisions.
The successful postholder will provide accurate and timely reporting of group and management KPIS and improve existing process and procedures, reviewing and analysing the financial results
Provide finance business partnering to the manufacturing leadership team and supervise the manufacturing finance team in order to achieve financial and operational objectives
Maintain and develop the manufacturing cost model, liaise with the preparation of new product introduction costing, provide support on projects
THE CANDIDATE:
It is essential that candidates are fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountants with a background in manufacturing and projects. Previous costing and planning experience is required at a high level along with managing an established team to achieve objectives and deadlines
Ideally you will have a big company background from the manufacturing sector and be familiar with undertaking projects and have the ability to communicate right across a business including non finance colleagues
You will appreciate being able to have a hybrid working pattern, however candidates should be based within a reasonable commuting area of Hull for the times when presence will be required in the office. This is not a fully remote opportunity.
