Job Description
SF Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a rapidly growing SME who have achieved substantial growth and have a clear strategic plan to continue their growth and expand into new markets. With an already well established customer base they have diversified their offering and as a result of this require a commercially astute Management Accountant to join their team. This is a perfect role for someone looking for a true business facing role where you will be business partnering with senior management in non finance teams to inform business strategy and make operational improvements. You will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts as well as standard costing and stock analysis. You will need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty and building relationships in the factory and wider business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Management Accounting role, ideally within manufacturing and experience with costing is essential, as is management or supervisory experience. You will also be either a qualified accountant or qualified by experience.

Role:

– Produce monthly management accounts with commentary
– Report and present P&L results, KPI's and trends
– Budgeting and forecasting
– Create and maintain standard cost model
– Play a key role in the new ERP implementation
– Stock valuation and pricing
– Business partnering with operations and senior management
– Cost of sales analysis

Requirements:

– CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience
– Experience managing or supervising
– Experience of standard costing essential
– Excellent communication skills
– Good Systems experience
