Job Description
Robert Walters are currently working in partnership with a leading organisation based in Bracknell to assist in recruiting for an Interim Financial Accountant to join them for a period of circa 3 months.

This Interim Financial Accountant role has come about due to a mix of workload within the team and an internal promotion which has left a gap in the team.

The responsibilities of this Interim Financial Accountant include:

Complete several key Financial Accounting processes, specifically focusing on (but not limited to): stock, balance sheet, general ledger queries and analysis.
Manage the Accounts Receivable function within the UK to ensure that: bad debt is minimised, credit insurance parameters are met and professional relationships maintained, systems data is accurate and efficient.
Ensure the organisation is operating within its banking facility, working on regular cashflow forecasts, and answering day-to-day treasury queries liaising with shared service centre colleagues in Treasury team.
Act as a contact point for Financial Accounting related queries or changes.
Supporting monthly and quarterly reviews of financial statements.
Identify issues and trends on an ongoing basis that may prevent the Business achieving its financial targets.We would love to speak to candidate with the following experience and qualifications:

Qualified Accountant ( ACA , ACCA , CA , CIMA or equivalent).
Excellent financial accounting knowledge, with a good understanding of AP and AR processes.
Pre-existing basic treasury knowledge would be highly advantageous.
Previous people management experience would be beneficial.
Excellent business partnering and communication skills are vital.On offer for this role is a day rate of circa £375 – £420 per day (inside IR35) hybrid & flexible working, onsite parking and the possible chance of extension past the initial 3 month period.
