Insurance Consultant

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, our client visits their clients, not the other way around!

Key Duties and responsibilities of the Insurance Consultant

* Offer a complete Personal Lines service including High Net Worth insurance to both new and existing customers

* Manage a book of clients to build and develop relationships

* Manage your own dairy

* Fact-find, generate quotations, mid-term adjustments, issuance, and renewals

* Liaise and negotiate with Underwriters in respect of premiums and terms

* Aid with Claims issues where appropriate

* Maintain compliance in accordance with business requirements and FCA regulations

Skills and Experience required of the Insurance Consultant

* Minimum of 2 years experience in home or high net worth insurance broking

* Able to deal confidently with clients over the phone

* Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with clients and underwriters

* Able to demonstrate strong communication skills

* Able to demonstrate a consultative sales approach

* Strong attention to detail

* High level of customer service

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 Dependent on Experience
