HR Director

Hybrid / West End

Salary £75,000- £95,000 DOE

Our client, a growing boutique Accountancy practice in the West End with 150 employees, are seeking a strategic and operational HR Director to develop the existing HR offering supporting with all aspects of HR. This is a senior leadership role, leading & supporting an established HR team of 4 and providing innovative & critical people initiatives to help expand the business.

The Role

Supporting Partners ( 19) and Managers across the business.
Provide proactive HR solutions to support the achievement of firm goals by:
Developing and delivering the HR strategy in line with Firm strategy.
Coach and support managers on all aspects of the employee experience from sourcing talent to ER issues.
Provide support and guidance to the business (both employees and people managers) on all HR matters and respond expediently as they arise.
Manage and coordinate the employee performance and development and pay review cycle.
Accountable for all HR administration including, payroll, benefit administration, contracts etc.
Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the HR agenda.
Ensure the HR Function delivers on all BAU requirements.
Lead continuous improvement of policies and procedures which embody are Group values.
Participate in the due diligence, project management and onboarding as required as part of new acquisitions.
Support the business with personal development and talent management.About you :

Confident with senior level Partners and possess a high degree of integrity and discretion.
HR qualification with solid HR experience.
Previous experience of supporting businesses with performance management and employee relation matters.
Must have a good working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
Strong organisational, influential and communication skills and the ability to prioritise work efficiently and effectively.
Excellent work ethic and desire to provide a superior client service
Confident, professional and articulate in dealings both internally with partners and staff
