Head of Accounting Services

Norwich

Up to £60,000 plus agile working

We are supporting our client, a well-recognised Accountancy Practice based in Norwich with a key position within their business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Accounting Services will be leading a team of 8 professionals to ensure delivery of an excellent client service across the 3 office sites in Norfolk.

You will ideally be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified and have experience of working in practice and/or industry.

In your role you'll be responsible for tasks, such as:

Review teams work and provide constructive feedback on errors.
Identify training gaps
Proactively build authentic working relationships with clients, encouraging them to bring any issues to your attention
To develop and grow the client base, providing additional services to existing clients, and actively seeking new business
Always look to make improvements to processes
Lead, support and develop your team to ensure our clients are receiving an excellent client experience
Implement ways of working to ensure deadlines are met and the impact of high demand times is minimised
Ensure collaborative working in the team and with the wider business
