Job Description
French speaking credit controller for a company in Solihull. Remote working is available. This role has come about due to an internal promotion within the team, working for a European Financial Shared Services based in Solihull. This organisation is a large corporate with customers all over Europe and the world. They have a growing market share and are looking to expand the AR/Credit function.
Your new role
– Your primarily responsibility is the cash collection across the business for the groups different entities and markets
– Providing excellent customer service in order to collect payments in a timely and accurate manner
– Work with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes promptly
– Manage all accounts and customers on your ledger, maintain them to a high standard to ensure all accounts are reconciled in full at all times
– Accurate cash flow forecasting and detailed analysis come the end of the month to any variances off this
– Support the team in best practise and streamlining processes.
What you'll need
– Some experience in Credit/Collections/Sales ledger
– Excellent communication skills is a must – extra language skills are a bonus
– Good system skills – SAP is desirable
– Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines
