Job Description
Robert Walters are currently working exclusively with a leading business based in Woking to assist in recruiting for a Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This Finance Manager role would suit a newly qualified ACA/CA/ACCA candidate from a top 20 firm who is looking to make their first move away from practice.

Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, this role will require a technically strong, qualified finance professional to work within the Finance and Financial Reporting Function, however, a proportion of the work will also be spent on Commercial Analysis as the company continues to grow at an impressive rate making this a really broad, exciting opportunity for someone to step into.

The main roles and responsibilities of this Finance Manager role include:

Month, quarter and year end processes and relevant internal and external reporting
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Leading annual Audits
Preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS
Monthly control capitalisation and posting
Monthly analysis and monitoring of progress on WIP projects
Analysis of actual/budget/forecastWe are looking to speak to people with the following background:

ACA/CA/ACCA qualified, ideally from a Top 20 firm
Ideally 0 – 2 years PQE
IFRS Knowlegde is essential
Proactive self starter – willing to question, action and streamline where appropriate
Ability to business partner with both Finance and Non Finance stakeholdersOn offer for this role is a salary of £50,000 – £55,000 with a truly exceptional bonus scheme which is market leading (upwards of 30% paid out last year!), parking, season ticket loans, enhanced pension, medical cover and dental cover all form part of a sensational package.

Please note, this role is predominantly office based at our clients offices based in Central Woking.
