They are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to support the growth of the team and multi-site company.

This is a full-time and permanent role, based in Herne Hill (South-east London) Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30.

You will be managing their small but growing finance team whilst reporting to and working closely with the Head of Finance and other key stakeholders with The Group.

The successful candidate will have the ability to form and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Finance Manager is desirable, is ACCA/CIMA qualified working towards qualification, with management experience.

Some of the daily duties in the role (but not limited to) include:

Month End Procedure including processing and reconciling invoices and month end reporting
Audit Preparation and support
Management accounts – accruals and prepayments
Preparation of budgets and forecast preparation across The Group
Preparing and coordinating with the Head of Finance, reports including commentaries and variance analysis
Financial reporting and involvement in forecasting preparation
Leading the accounts payable and receivable
Execute and manage thorough streamlined processes of internal controls and procedures
HMRC submissions such as VAT return, Sugar tax, Plastic tax, Intrastat
Improve and manage reporting procedures and system implementation projects when required
Any other tasks deemed reasonable by The Group
Finance Manager Requirements:

ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or working towards.
Experience in Microsoft Navision.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
Commercial and Business awareness.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
An analytical approach to work.
High numeracy and sound technical skills.
Problem-solving skills and initiative.
Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature.
Management leadership skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
