Job Description
What? Finance Executive

Where? Horley / Hybrid Working 3 days in office

How much? £28,000 – £30,000 dependant on experience

I am working with the client based in Horley to recruit their next Finance Executive. If you want to work part of a small Finance team and are happy to get involved in a bit of everything and be a key member to the running of the Finance function this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

Purchase Ledger – Ensure all invoices are authorised, coded correctly and entered onto the accounting system. Liaise with suppliers to query invoices. Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Expenses – Ensure all expenses are authorised, coded correctly and downloaded into the accounting system
Ensure all company credit card transactions are authorised, coded correctly and downloaded into the accounting system.
Responsible for processing the supplier payment run through the bank as per the company's agreed monthly schedule
Bank reconciliation, monitoring bank transactions, posting them onto the accounting system and reconciling the accounts
Sales Ledger – Produce customer invoices and resolve any account queries to ensure payment is made within the terms
Attend and present at senior management meetings and relevant ad-hoc internal meetings as requested
Actively promote the company to internal and external customers, carrying out all duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner; clearly and effectively communicate with customers and staff
