Finance Business Partner – Doncaster – £35,000-£42,000 , Bonus, Hybrid & Flexible Working

Chase & Holland are proud to be supporting a multinational logistics & engineering company with a UK turnover approaching £400m. Due to expansion they require a PQ Finance Business Partner to provide finance business partnering for Group Head Office Central functions, including owning the reporting, forecasting and budgeting process for these areas.

Reporting into the Head of Strategic Controlling, this will be a hands on position requiring the candidate to draw on their commercial acumen and strategic ability to manage the monthly accounts and the associated reports, forecasting and budgeting processes. This position has come about due to the success and growth of the company and an internal promotion.

Duties within this role will include:
Responsible for UK monthly financial reporting, KPIs, physical performance reporting and detailed variance analysis, including commentary your Group Divisions
Meet monthly meetings with divisional heads to discuss the numbers and drive performance
Support accurate allocation of operating costs against revenue streams
Support the development and management of TM1 reporting tool
Responsible for quarterly reforecasting, annual budgeting and 5 year plans
Developing a sound understanding of your group divisions so you can add real value
Support the Head of Strategic Controlling and CFO with financial modelling and ad-hoc projectsMy client is looking for:
A technically strong accountant who can deputise to the Head of Group Finance and take ownership of the accounts production
Actively studying mid to later stages CIMA, ACCA or ACA or fully qualified Accountant
Strategic or Operational finance exposure, partnering the operations to drive performance
Highly analytical and continuous improvement mentality
IT Literate including experience of ERP systemsIn return:
