Job Description
Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Finance Assistant based in Biggleswade for a multinational manufacturing company.

Summary of the Finance Assistant role…

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
Location:  Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40 hour working week Monday – Friday, flexible between 8:00am – 6:30pm

The role…

As the Finance Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:

Provide Accounts Payable assistance.
Input invoices, credit notes and payments made onto the system.
Check and process company expense claims.
Financial reporting, ledger maintenance, control account reconciliation, and preparing accounts.
Process improvement review and implementation. 
The experience required…

As a successful Finance Assistant, you will have the following:

AAT qualified or working towards this. 
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills with intermediate/advanced excel including VLookup and Pivot Tables. 
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
