Job Description
Finance Assistant – Construction & Property Services

West Malling, Kent

6 month FTC – up to £30k plus company car

The Role:

Financial support to the Region, Commercial and Senior Management teams
Assisting with preparation of reports and other financial information
Assisting with providing information to the Group Finance Department within the agreed timescalesMain Duties:

Financial administration duties including, key reporting duties on cash flow, red flag's / overdues, and other finance reporting / MI (both routine and ad hoc).
Overhead bridges and commentaries
Conducting open book reviews and savings reports
Managing the financial dashboard
Management of the payroll allocation and expected costs / uplift of account processes.
Provide support / guidance to the Head of Finance and Commercial teams as necessaryCriteria:

Experience of working in a similar role within a finance team, 5 years minimum preferable
Broad knowledge of financial systems and the ability to provide meaningful analysis
Intermediate excel skills mandatory, advanced excel skills desirable
Construction industry experience desirable
Recognised industry qualification e.g AATPlease follow the link to apply!
