Job Description
Finance Admin 

Logistics People are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to work in our brand new Head Office in Corby which has its own on site gym and subsidised canteen. We currently fulfil over 10,000 shifts a week across the country and continue to grow despite the current climate and pandemic. An exciting opportunity to join a reputable national company with the atmosphere of a small family run business.

Salary

£27,500 P/a 
Role Purpose

To provide the business accurate weekly financial reports relating to agency workforce. Liaising with depots and suppliers to solve payroll queries.

Key Accountabilities

Provide the business with accurate figures for agency driving staff on a weekly basis.
Liaising with agencies and depots to deal with any pay and/or invoice queries.
Updating internal business systems to keep it accurate
Process payroll queries for all agency workers
Updating the “Self-Bill” within accordance to the outlines.
Sending weekly purchase orders to suppliers.
Using in house and customer specific systems
Recording & Maintaining Agency supplier records; including legal compliance documents.
Answering emails and telephone calls.
Any other duties required.
Personal Profile

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate with experience with MS Office, specifically Excel.
A “Can-Do” attitude.
Ability of working within a small team
