Role: ESOS Lead Assessor
Location: Homebased (with site visits)
Salary: up to £50k + car allowance
Summary:
We are looking for an ESOS Lead Assessor to join a company providing smart solutions for a sustainable future. In this role you will support a wide range of energy management services, undertaking site audits nationally, support ESOS assessments, discuss renewable energy opportunities with clients, and review energy reports. To be successful in this role you will need to be a Qualified ESOS Lead Assessor (or working towards qualification), have experience in Energy Management and programme delivery, and have experience of financial investment appraisal techniques. Experience in delivering ESOS compliance in Phase 2 is desired but not essential. If this role sounds like a good fit for you apply today!
Key responsibilities:
Support ESOS assessments to a diverse range of customers.
Undertake site energy audits (Nationally)
Discuss with senior client representatives’ energy management opportunities, renewable energy generation opportunities, systems policies, and processes.
Review energy reports and proactively support clients interpret and action them
Liaise with subcontractors Skills and experience required:
Qualified ESOS Lead Assessor or Energy Auditor working towards qualification
Member of Energy Body
Project and Energy management experience
Experience of financial investment appraisal techniques
Strong communicator both written and verbal
High level of competence in the use of IT, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent numeracy skills and passion for problem solving
Full UK driving licence
Experience in delivering ESOS compliance in Phase 2 desired
Degree qualification preferred but not essential
