Digital Designer (UI / UX)

£40,000 – £45,000 plus bonus – work from home / Guildford office once a month

This is a superb opportunity for a mid-weight or senior designer to join a fast-growing InsureTech scale-up.

Working in a small but growing digital design team, and reporting into the Creative Director, the role will require someone with an all-round understanding of digital design, across both UI and UX.

You’ll need a balance of creativity and eagle-eyed consistency, and be full of ideas about how to make the customer journey easier. You’ll also work closely with a Junior Designer and a Copywriter.

* Strategic view of UI for both app and web, focusing on making the customer journey super easy

* Exacting consistency and tidiness

* High-level decks and materials for the exec team and CEO

* A number of years’ in-house experience

* Experience of working in Figma, along with Creative Suite

* A knack for managing stakeholder relationships

If you have experience in insurance / personal finance that would be great, although not essential.

The company have taken a remote-first approach to work; they have an office in Guildford, Surrey, although it can mostly be done on a work from home basis – visiting the office every month or so.
