Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Advisor

Answering incoming calls
Sending and replying to emails
Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions
Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
Work in a large team

Computer literate
Admin experience
Telephone call handling experience
