You will need first class customer service skills, be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a fast-paced environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.
Job description – the role
Key Responsibilities:
At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals
Educate commercial customers on the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience
Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified

Training hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
After training, shifts between 8am-10pm
