Our client is an established and highly successful Insurance Broker near Cheltenham. They have an impressive attrition rate with their staff and offer career progression and support qualification pursuit. They are currently looking to add motivated and willing staff to their team!
What’s needed for me to be considered?
* The ideal candidate will have previous insurance experience of dealing with new and existing business clients. This is a busy department and is heavily telephone based role. They must have good keyboard skills and excellent telephone manner and be able to prioritise and multi-task.
* The client will also look at people from a Customer Service background.
* You will need to have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
