Credit Controller, Sales Ledger, Accounts Receivable Job in Hedge End, Hampshire
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Updating the database records where appropriate
Chase debtors and minimise outstanding debt where necessary
To ensure invoicing requirements are adhered to
Allocate receipts from the bank to invoices and raise any outstanding issues from payments including chasing clients for missing remittances
Support in improving the processes and efficiency within the Finance Department
Undertaking credit checks where required
Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions
Essential Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience within Credit Control/Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable
IT proficient – MS Office/Excel/Word
