Job Description
An experienced Credit Controller is required, by my client, to take responsibility for working a section of the ledger chasing up and arranging payment of overdue invoices by taking payments over the phone, setting up Direct Debits, processing BACS payments and working out payment plans where required.
Working as part of the team, you will be responsible for reducing the company's debt owed to them by contacting customers by phone, letter and email. This is a fast paced, high volume position. Customers range from small local business to large conglomerates.
To be considered for this role you will have experience of working within Credit Control chasing companies/private indivduals for monies owed, able to allocate payments accurately onto the ledger, calculate and agree payment plans, process payments, have a polite and straight forward telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
