The successful C# Front Office (Tactical) Developer – Investment Banking will join core development team serving the full pre-trade through accounting chain for Commodities Derivatives that is based in City of London.

Description

The successful C# Front Office (Tactical) Developer – Investment Banking will have;

To design and develop key pieces of functionality for the Commodities Derivatives Platform.
Ensure stability of the platform by ensuring releases are suitably tested and impacts are considered.
Ensure supportability of solutions including support documentation and logging/status tools for the support team.
Follow the team procedures for release control, code review, deployment, source code management and architectural governance.Profile

The successful C# Developer (Commodities Trading) – Foreign Exchange will have following specifications;

Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

C# (.Net 4.5 onwards)
SQL Server
Business knowledge of Commodities financial instruments a plus
Experience with .Net core, micro-services, web technologies, CI, Consul, Redis, Octopus a plus

Competencies

Organised and delivery-focused, with attention to detail
Solid work ethic and high levels of motivation
Comfortable operating with a strong level of autonomy
Ability to work well under pressure
