Job Description
The Role:

To provide support to colleagues to ensure we exceed the Company’s expectations on renewal retention.
To provide general administrative support to colleagues, including credit control, Acturis updates and ensure PIB’s Quality Assurance and due diligence measures are all met.
To provide an excellent claims handling service and support to customers.
Ensure efficient office management and general housekeeping.
Promote Arlington’s reputation within the sector through attending any relevant functions/seminars where applicable.

Responsibilities:

To provide support to colleagues to ensure we exceed the Company’s expectations on renewal retention.
Prepare pre-renewal documentation for colleagues
To take ownership and responsibility for the allocated renewals under £5,000 premium.
Liaise with Tony (and other senior members of the Arlington team) to check the renewal process and checklist. Consider cross sell and harmonisation of renewal dates across the portfolio.
Ensure the renewal terms are communicated to insurer and client effectively and within agreed timescales, all with the intention that the client renews their insurance with Arlington.
To provide general administrative support to colleagues, including credit control, Acturis updates and ensure PIB’s Quality Assurance and due diligence measures are all met.
Maintain client records on Acturis.
Prepare and report to Account Executive the Clients’ Credit Control position.
To communicate Engineering Inspection Reports to Clients when they are received from the different Insurers (currently Zurich, Allianz and Brit).
To provide an excellent claims handling service and support to customers.
Ensure efficient office management and general housekeeping:
