My client is a multi-award winning law firm, offering private client services to vulnerable clients and their families.
An exciting new job has arisen to join them working as an assistant legal cashier, working within a busy accounts team and focusing on the cashiering duties.
Job description for Assistant Legal Cashier
* Monitoring and allocating receipts across the main client and office bank accounts.
* Maintaining spreadsheets.
* Making online payments through Client and Office accounts using the approval matrix.
* Checking property completion statements against client ledgers.
* Downloading and processing HMLR statements.
* Set up and modify recurring transactions, resolving queries regarding individual client accounts.
* Checking and processing bills.
Job skills required for Assistant Legal Cashier
* At least one year’s experience in Legal Cashier job.
* Sound knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
* Numerate and accurate, with keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills within a team and beyond.
* Confident in electronic documentation.
